En tant que centre de formation pratique au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience, il vise \u00e0 offrir :\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><strong>Une formation pratique et orient\u00e9e vers l&#8217;emploi :<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Apprentissage des comp\u00e9tences concr\u00e8tes et transposables directement sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Stages et partenariats avec des entreprises pour une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle r\u00e9elle.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Une vision professionnelle et entrepreneuriale :<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Encadrement personnalis\u00e9 pour aider les jeunes \u00e0 d\u00e9finir leurs objectifs professionnels.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Promotion de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat et du leadership chez les jeunes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de la formation :<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Combinaison de connaissances th\u00e9oriques et pratiques pour une meilleure pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la vie professionnelle.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Adaptation des programmes de formation en fonction des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du march\u00e9 local.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s concrets pour les entreprenants :<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Accompagnement dans la la cr\u00e9ation de petites activit\u00e9s entrepreneuriale rurale.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>occasionnellement, boost des jeunes prometeurs<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nDans l&rsquo;optique du d\u00e9veloppement durable et de la r\u00e9silience, le CFPDR s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 former une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de jeunes ruraux professionnels comp\u00e9tents et engag\u00e9s, capables de contribuer activement \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des populations (essentiellement rurales) \u00e0 Madagascar.
